Native Bee Science for Schools

Our resources guide teachers and students through inquiry-based learning to conduct community science projects. Students will build their understanding of how to benefit environmental impact through curiosity and stewardship. Our NGSS-aligned materials are designed for grades 3-5 but are easily adaptable for students of all ages. Each project is designed to build foundational skills progressively, using a comprehensive project toolkit to ensure meaningful implementation.

Projects incorporate a blend of synchronous and asynchronous learning. Teachers and students will collaborate with Planet Bee STEM Educators in at least three live, synchronous lessons to actively engage in the learning process. Asynchronous materials offer flexible teaching options, aiding in the enhancement of skill and concept mastery.
