CDFA's PHP grant has a requirement that projects must be located on a California agricultural operation. For the purpose of this program, an agricultural operation is defined as those conducting row, vineyard, field, or tree crop production, nursery stock production, and livestock production operations. Commercial nurseries are also classified as agricultural operations.
