Em is a facilitator who enjoys helping people navigate complexity and change. They're fascinated by the relationships between people, organizations, and the systems they inhabit. They love creating learning experiences that spark curiosity, foster connection, and encourage shared discovery. 

Their facilitation extends beyond organizations into Reiki, yoga, dance, and practices that cultivate a more fulfilled spirit. Nature has been my greatest teacher, helping them understand the nuances of the mind-body-spirit connection. Outside of work, you'll find me painting, swimming, watching comedies, and exploring with their partner and their pup.
