Em is a facilitator who enjoys helping people navigate complexity and change. I'm fascinated by the relationships between people, organizations, and the systems they inhabit. I love creating learning experiences that spark curiosity, foster connection, and encourage shared discovery. 

My facilitation extends beyond organizations into Reiki, yoga, dance, and practices that cultivate a more fulfilled spirit. Nature has been my greatest teacher, helping me understand the nuances of the mind-body-spirit connection. Outside of work, you'll find me painting, swimming, watching comedies, and exploring with my partner and our pup.
