Tommy is a Bay Area native who is passionate about environmental education and inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards. He holds a B.S. in Sustainability Studies from the University of California, Riverside, where he built a strong foundation in botany and plant sciences, food security, sustainability, and community engagement. His passion for connecting people with nature has led him to educate thousands of K–12 students through hands-on STEM and environmental programs with the San Francisco Environment Department and the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department. Tommy is excited to join Planet Bee Foundation, where he looks forward to helping make science engaging, accessible, and memorable while inspiring communities to protect pollinators and the environment.
