CA Healthy Pollinator Habitat Grant

Grant OVERVIEW
The Pollinator Habitat Program (PHP) is made possible by a grant from the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) and is administered by Planet Bee Foundation. Through this initiative, Planet Bee will partner directly with local farms, ranches and community gardens.
The Pollinator Habitat Program Grant for CA focuses on implementing USDA-approved practices, such as planting floral resources, host plants, and other pollinator-friendly habitat elements. These efforts aim to support pollinator populations while enhancing California’s biodiversity and agricultural productivity.
In addition to habitat installation, this program includes an educational component designed to equip farmers and ranchers with the skills and knowledge needed to create and maintain healthy, productive, and sustainable agricultural ecosystems on their farms. By fostering the health and diversity of beneficial insect populations, participants will gain practical tools to improve their agricultural practices and overall sustainability.
